Terms of sale
1. Seller
The book “Pogrešan izbor” is sold on pogresanizbor.com by [seller name], [address], [country], registration number [registration number], VAT ID [VAT ID]. Contact: info@pogresanizbor.com.
The book is published by Ostan, Mionica (Serbia).
2. What we sell
The paperback (270 pages) and the e-book (PDF and ePub) of “Pogrešan izbor” by Sreten Ćirković, in Serbian, Latin script.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the selected currency (RSD, BAM, EUR or CHF) and are final: they include tax where applicable and delivery. The paperback price depends on the delivery country (Serbia, the former-Yugoslav region, the rest of Europe). The price shown when you place the order applies.
4. Ordering and contract
You order through the form on the website. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. For online payments we send the confirmation once the payment has succeeded.
5. Payment
- Online: by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay, and PayPal when paying in euros or Swiss francs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Cash on delivery: only for delivery addresses in Serbia. You pay the courier in dinars on delivery.
6. Delivery
We deliver to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, the other EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom. Orders for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia ship from Serbia; orders for the EU and the rest of Europe ship from our stock in the EU.
The estimated delivery time is shown when you order and counts working days from dispatch. Shipments that cross a customs border are subject to the rules of the importing country; any import charges are paid by the recipient.
7. Signed copies
A limited number of copies has been signed by the author. While they last, paperbacks ship signed at no extra cost. If signed copies sell out between your order and dispatch, we send an unsigned copy and let you know; the price stays the same.
8. E-book
After a successful payment you receive a download link by email for the PDF and ePub files. The link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads. The e-book is for personal use; copying, sharing or publishing the files is not permitted.
9. Right of withdrawal
Paperback. As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason. A clear statement is enough, for example an email to info@pogresanizbor.com. Send the book back within 14 days of your statement; you bear the cost of returning it. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original payment method, and may withhold the refund until we have received the book.
E-book. When ordering, you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
10. Complaints
If the book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, write to us within 14 days of receipt and attach a photo. We will send a new copy or refund you. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
11. Disputes
We try to solve every problem by agreement. Consumers may bring proceedings before the competent court or an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in their country of residence.
12. Changes
Your order is governed by the terms published at the time you placed it.
